What is Repair Agent?
Repair Agent helps you document maintenance and repair work with steps, notes, and photos. The app also includes a Repair Assistant that answers questions related to your work.

Frequently Asked Questions
1) How do I ask the Assistant a question?
- Open a Project
- Open a Work Log within that project
- Tap “Ask Assistant” to open the Assistant
- Type your question and tap Send
- If you’re out of questions (credits), tap “Buy more questions”
2) I can’t find the in‑app purchases (question packs)
- Go to Work Log → Ask Assistant
- If you have 0 credits, you’ll see “Unlock Assistant” with purchase buttons for 2 or 10 questions
- If you have credits, use the “Buy more questions” button inside the Assistant
3) Which in‑app purchases are available?
- “Repair Assistant — 2 Questions”
- “Repair Assistant — 10 Questions” Both are consumables. Each purchase increases your available question credits.
4) I purchased questions but don’t see my credits
- Check your internet connection
- Force‑quit and reopen the app
- Ensure the purchase completed (Apple confirmation)
- Credits don’t transfer between different Apple IDs or sandbox accounts
- If the issue persists, email us with the approximate purchase time and your Apple ID region (never share your password)
5) How do I restore purchases?
- Question packs are consumables and cannot be restored per App Store policy
- If you believe you were charged but didn’t receive credits, please contact us
6) How are my credits stored?
- Credits are stored locally on your device and updated after each purchase
- Deleting the app may remove locally stored credits
7) How do I add photos to a work log?
- Open a Work Log
- Add steps, then attach photos to steps using the photo button
- On iOS, you can also capture a photo directly from the bottom toolbar
8) The Assistant’s answer seems generic
- Provide more context in your question (year/trim, part number, environment)
- The Assistant is designed to be safe and cautious; when values vary, it may suggest ranges and verifying against the official service manual
Troubleshooting
Prices don’t show on the purchase screen
- Check your internet connection
- Wait a few seconds on the purchase screen for products to load
- For sandbox testing: ensure you’re signed in with a sandbox user in Settings → App Store (iOS)
Purchase sheet doesn’t appear
- Ensure in‑app purchases are allowed on the device (Screen Time restrictions)
- Restart the app/device
App crashes or freezes
- Send steps to reproduce, screenshots, and device details to support@salenius.se
Data & Privacy
- We respect your privacy and minimize data collection
- Storage:
- Projects, work logs, steps, and photos are stored on your device
- Purchases are processed by Apple’s StoreKit
